The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on 11 July 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 10 July 2017, as a result of which the company KUBARA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Częstochowa (42-202) at ul. Bema 32 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and acquire ownership of real estate located in Częstochowa at Ekonomiczna Street, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, Skorki area, with a total area of 3.2165 ha, for which the District Court in Częstochowa, Division IX of the Land and Mortgage Register keeps a land and mortgage register KW No. CZ1C / 00113493/9, consisting of plots marked with the number:
- 296/25, precinct 419-Skorki, with an area of 1.4568 ha,
- 296/26, precinct 419-Skorki, area of 1.7597 ha.
