The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on January 9, 2018, decided to approve the results of the tender of December 21, 2017, as a result of which LINMOT Sp. z o.o. sp. k. with headquarters in Częstochowa (42-280) at ul. Wileńska 56 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property located in Częstochowa at Ekonomiczna Street, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, area "Skorki", numbered 284/12 , precinct No. 419-Skorki, area of 0.1489 ha, for which the District Court in Częstochowa, IX Division of Land and Mortgage Registers keeps a land and mortgage register KW No. CZ1C / 00113493/9.
