Correction of the tender announcement issued on March the 29th 2014

informs, that in the announcement that was advertised on 27.05.2014 to choose an entrepreneur who will receive permit to run business activity within the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will get an ownership right to the plot with the area of 2,0022 ha located in Ujazd municipality (Opole Voivodeship) in the vicinity of Europejska St., cadastral district of Zimna Wódka:

instead of: “In case the winner of the tender abstains from signing the property sales agreement or                none of tenderers submit a bid higher than the opening bid, the tender guarantee shall be forfeited according to the regulations defined in the “Specification of essential conditions of the negotiations”.
should be:  “In case the winner of the tender abstains from signing the property sales agreement, the tender guarantee shall be forfeited according to the regulations defined in the “Specification of essential conditions of the negotiations”.
Other conditions of the participation in the tender, established in newspaper’s announcement from 17.05.2014 (Gazeta Wyborcza) stay unchanged. The “Specifications of the essential conditions of the tender” purchased by the entrepreneurs before the date on which this very notice was announced, keep their validity.
