Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 20th of January 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on January 24, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 20 January 2017, as a result of which the company - PMS4i Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-355) at ul. Tamka 49/34 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and acquire ownership of an undeveloped property located in Częstochowa at Ekonomiczna Street, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, Skorki area, numbered 296/19, precinct 419 -Serekki, area of 0.5413 ha, for which the District Court in Częstochowa, IX Division of Land and Mortgage Registers keeps a land and mortgage register KW No. CZ1C / 00113493/9.
