Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 23rd of January 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on January 24, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 23 January 2017, as a result of which the company - BITO Technika Magazynowa Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Wrocław (53-333) at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire an undeveloped property with a total area of 5.9170 ha (59 170m2) located in the municipality of Ujazd, precinct registration Zimna Wódka, composed of plots with the following registration numbers:
1. 29/31 with an area of 2.6687 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
2. 29/32 with an area of 0.8041 ha, district of Zimna Wódka,
3. 29/20 with an area of 0.7495 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
4. 29/22 with an area of 0.3056 ha, district of Zimna Wódka,
5. 28/9 with an area of 0.0643 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
6. 28/10 with an area of 0.0787 ha, district of Zimna Wódka,
7. 26/20 with an area of 0.2304 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
8. 26/21 with an area of 1.0157 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
