Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 6th of March 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on March 7, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of March 6, 2017, as a result of which Hengst Filtration Poland sp. o.o. in an organization based in Gogolin (47-320) at ul. Wyzwolenia 39 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with a total area of 6,0395 ha, constituting a plot with registration numbers:
• 214/7 with an area of 2.9742 ha, in the area of Karłubiec,
• 214/9 with an area of 3.0653 ha, in the area of Karłubiec,
located in Gogolin at ul. Fabryczna, in the area of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, for which the District Court in Strzelce Opolskie, 5th Department of Land and Mortgage Registers, keeps a land and mortgage register No. OP1S / 00048708/9
