Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 24th of April 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on April 27, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of 24 April 2017, as a result of which the company EKO-PROBUD Bartosz Szczepanek with its registered office in Gogolin (47-320) at ul. Rolnej 1 - 27 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with an area of 3.9006 ha, plot 266/12, map card 1, Dąbrówka Górna, located in the Katowice Special Zone Economics in Krapkowice. This property is covered by the land and mortgage register No. OP1S / 00050256/2 kept at the District Court in Strzelce Opolskie, 5th Land and Mortgage Register Division.
