Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 8th of May 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on May 8, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of May 8, 2017, as a result of which Sest-Luve-Polska sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gliwice (44-109) at ul. Wyczółkowskiego 30 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire property rights with a total area of 5,9714 ha located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Gliwice at ul. Einstein, Pszenna, Klasztorna and Pokoju, within Stare Łabędy, constituting the following plots of land:
1) No. 2/6 with an area 1,8301 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00021225/3;
2) No. 3/7 with an area 3.4065 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00048440/1;
3) No. 4/6 with an area 0.7348 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00067755/1;
These properties are the property of the Gliwice Municipality. A new land and mortgage register will be established for the plots concerned.
