Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 8th of June 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on June 12, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of June 8, 2017, as a result of which the company KŁOS sp. o.o. sp. k. with headquarters in Zabrze (41-808) at ul. Piekarnicza 5 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and acquire ownership rights to an undeveloped property constituting plot No. 113/3 with an area of 0.9993 ha (9993m2) located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Zabrze at ul. Piekarnicza, precinct 06, Mikulczyce. This property is owned by the Municipality of Zabrze. The Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept for the real estate of the District Court in Zabrze.
