Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 12th of June 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on June 12, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of June 12, 2017, as a result of which the company erae POLAND Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in: ul. LG 2A, Biskupice Podgórne, 55-040 Kobierzyce was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire ownership of real estate with a total area of 5,5605 ha (55,605m2) located in the KSSE in Zabrze in the area of ul. Guido Henckel Donnersmarck, precinct 06, Mikulczyce, owned by the Municipality of Zabrze and covering the plot: No. 2421/16, area 33 692 m2, located in Zabrze at ul. Maciej Wilczek and 77/3 with an area of 21 913 m2, located in Zabrze at ul. Guido Henckel Donnersmarcka, for whom the Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept in the District Court in Zabrze.
