Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 26th of June 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.

Details:

The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on June 30, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 26 June 2017, as a result of which Johnson Matthey Poland Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (00-120) at ul. Zlota 59 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire property rights with a total area of 11.5299 hectares located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Gliwice at ul. Einstein, Pszenna, Klasztorna and Pokoju, within Stare Łabędy, constituting the following plots of land:
1) No. 2/3 with an area 1,0191 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00021225/3;
2) No. 7 with the area 1,2990 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00021225/3;
3) No. 3/4 with an area 2,0527 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00048440/1;
4) No. 4/3 with an area 0.4785 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00067755/1;
5) No. 9, area 1,9880 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00022331/6;
6) No. 10, area 0.1500 ha, covered by the Land and Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00045112/2;
7) No. 197 with an area 0.8851 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00068892/0;
8) No. 198 with the area 2,1825 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00082259/5;
9) No. 199 with the area 1,1141 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00031917/4;
10) No. 345 with an area 0.0744 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00041896/3;
11) No. 348/2 with an area 0.2865 ha, covered by the Mortgage Register No. GL1G / 00041896/3.

These properties are the property of the Gliwice Municipality. A new land and mortgage register will be established for the plots concerned.
