Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 22nd of May 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on May 23, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of 22 May 2017, as a result of which GUSTAV WOLF POLSKA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gliwice (44-100) at ul. Zygmunt Stary 26 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire ownership of the property with a total area of 4.0413 ha (40.413m2) located in the commune of Ujazd, precinct registration Zimna Wódka, composed of plots with the following registration numbers:
- 26/4 with an area of 2.0259 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
- 26/5 with an area of 2.0130 ha, area of Zimna Wódka,
- 28/6 with an area of 0.0024 ha, area of Zimna Wódka.
The land register No. OP1S / 00065203/4 is kept for the real estate in the District Court in Strzelce Opolskie.
