Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 29th of June 2017 at 12PM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on June 30, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 29 June 2017, as a result of which Jammet Sp. z o.o. based in Rybnik (44-251) at ul. Włościańska 5 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with a total area of 0.4801 ha located in Ruptawa Field in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Ruptawa area, map card 11 consisting from a plot of land with the registration number 386/36 KW GL1J / 00038959/2.
