Invitation for tender.

The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on August 22, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of August 16, 2017, as a result of which DROMA SA, Zbigniew Włosek, Justyna Włosek with the registered office in Gliwice (44-100) at ul. Horsta Bieńka 8b was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire ownership rights to real estate with a total area of 6,7898 ha (67,898m2) located in the KSSE in Zabrze in the area of ul. Guido Henckel Donnersmarck, precinct 06, Mikulczyce, owned by the Municipality of Zabrze and covering the plot No. 115/3 with an area of 4,982 m2, located in Zabrze at ul. Piekarnicza and 116/3 with an area of 62916 m2, located in Zabrze at ul. Guido Henckel Donnersmarcka, for whom the Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept in the District Court in Zabrze.
