Invitation for tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 16th of October 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on October 16, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of October 16, 2017, as a result of which the company "FERROS-SYSTEM" Sp. z o.o. based in Myszków (42-300) at ul. Partyzantów 21 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire ownership of a real property constituting a plot with the registration number 10241/6 and an area of 0.8280 ha (8,280 m2), located in Myszków at ul. Przemysłowa, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, precinct area Myszków, No. 0005, for which the District Court in Myszków, VI Division of Land and Mortgage Registers in Myszków, keeps the land and mortgage register No. CZ1M / 00067260/9.
