Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 24th of January 2017 at 10.00 AM in KSEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting of 24 January 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 24 January 2017, as a result of which POMAREZ Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-078) at Plac Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 1 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire the right of perpetual usufruct of an undeveloped property with a total area of 2.2852 ha, constituting plots with registration numbers:
• 236/3 with an area of 0.2382 ha (2,382 m2), area Bytom km 64,
• 534/1 with an area of 2,0470 ha (20,470 m2), area Bytom km 64,
located in Bytom on Ignatza Hakuby Street, with access to ul. Strzelców Bytomskich and ul. Dąbrowa Miejska, recorded in the land and mortgage register no. KA1Y / 00036893/0 kept by the District Court in Bytom, IV Land and Mortgage Register Department.
