Invitation for the tender.

The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on December 5, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of 30 November 2017, as a result of which ORION TOOLS Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Mikołów (43-190) at ul. Friends 125 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with an area of 0.7666 ha (7666 m2) located in the KSSE in Zabrze at ul. Guido Henckela Donnersmarcka, precinct 06, Mikulczyce, owned by the Municipality of Zabrze and covering the plot: No. 58/3, area 7666 m2, for which the Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept at the District Court in Zabrze.
