Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 24th of October 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on October 24, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of October 24, 2017, as a result of which Technika Recykling Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gliwice (44 - 113) at ul. Poezji 16 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire the right of perpetual usufruct of an undeveloped property with an area of 0.6509 ha, constituting plot No. 40/39 located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Kędzierzyn-Koźle at ul. Naftowa, precinct Sławęcice 0091, for which the District Court in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, 5th Department of Land and Mortgage Registers, keeps a land and mortgage register No. OP1K / 00072643/5.
