Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property lease that will be held on the 29th of November 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to lease the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on December 5, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of 29 November 2017, as a result of which P & M Europe Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Siemianice (55-120) at ul. Poznańska 65 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with a total area of 1.9591 ha located in the Racibórz commune, map card 25, precinct Ostróg, consisting of plots: registration number: 246 / 3 with an area of 0.7899 ha and with the registration number 181/3 with an area of 1.1692 ha.
The plots are recorded in the land and mortgage register No. GL1R / 00029801/1 kept at the District Court in Racibórz, Department V of the Land and Mortgage Registers and the Municipality of Racibórz is owned by the right of ownership.
