Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 08th of December 2017 at 10AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on December 12, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of December 8, 2017, as a result of which the Consortium composed of:
CE Property Investments Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Częstochowa (42-202) at ul. Olsztyn 234 was selected as an entrepreneur who will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property located in Częstochowa at Ekonomiczna Street, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, area "Skorki", numbered 296/24, precinct 419-Skorki, area 0.8001 ha for which the District Court in Częstochowa, IX Division of Land and Mortgage Registers keeps a land and mortgage register KW No. CZ1C / 00113493/9, and Elektroline SA Branch in Poland with headquarters in Częstochowa (42-224) at ul. Witosa 4/65 was selected as an entrepreneur who will be allowed to run a business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
