Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 11th of December 2017 at 13.00 in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on December 12, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of December 11, 2017, as a result of which the company ORBITVU Sp. z o.o. based in Tarnowskie Góry (42-600) at ul. Sienkiewicza 48 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with an area of 1.3348 ha (13.348 m2) located in the KSSE in Zabrze at ul. Guido Henckela Donnersmarcka, precinct No. 06, Mikulczyce, owned by the Municipality of Zabrze and comprising a plot of land:
No. 80/3 with an area 13.348 m2, for which the Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept at the District Court in Zabrze.
