Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 13th of December 2017 at 10.00 AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on December 20, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of December 13, 2017, as a result of which M-TECH POLAND Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gliwice (44-100) at ul. Portowa 8b was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire ownership of an undeveloped property with an area of 0.9679 ha (9.679 m2) located in the KSSE in Zabrze at ul. Fryderyk Wilhelm Reden, precinct 06, Mikulczyce, owned by the Municipality of Zabrze and covering the plot: No. 65/3, area 9.679 m2, for which the Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept at the District Court in Zabrze.
