Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 15th of December 2017 at 13.00 in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on December 20, 2017, decided to approve the results of the tender of December 15, 2017, as a result of which CAPEK Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Skrzyszów (44-348) at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 236 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire ownership of the property with a total area of 4.11120 ha. Skrzyszów, map card 9 consisting of land plots with registration numbers: 342 / 20 KW GL1W / 19512/9, 344/20 KW GL1W / 15917/0, 346/23 GL1W / 17790/7, 505/24 KW GL1W / 19512/9, 476/14 GL1W / 51818/0, 552/70 GL1W / 18190/8, 453/71 and 503/71 KW GL1W / 51883/6. The land and mortgage registers are kept at the District Court in Wodzisław Śląski, Department V of Land and Mortgage Registers
