Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property lease that will be held on the 20th of December 2017 at 1.00 PM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to lease the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on December 20, 2017, it decided to approve the results of the tender of 20 December 2017, as a result of which SGP-SORTING GROUP POLAND Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Częstochowa (42-202) at ul. Legionów 92 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire the right to lease segment B of a production and warehouse hall with a usable area of 6498 m2 (+/- 2%) with office and social facilities with a usable area of 128.32 m2 (+/- 2%) built on a plot of land located in Częstochowa, covered by the Katowice Special Economic Zone, marked in the reference area No. 419 Skorki as plot No. 296/9 with an area of 2.6510 ha, for which The District Court in Częstochowa, IX Division of Land and Mortgage Registers keeps a land and mortgage register KW No. CZ1C / 00174906/3.
