Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 16th of February 2018 at 10.00 AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on February 27, 2018, decided to approve the results of the tender of February 16, 2018, as a result of which the company Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe "EKOP" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (44-268) at ul. Węglowa 4 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire real estate located in Bzie in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Bzie Górne, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, with a total area of 1.3615 ha, consisting of the following plots : 1665/43, 1520/43, 1734/43, for which the District Court in Jastrzębie-Zdrój leads Land Register no. KW GL1J / 00029167/7.
