Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 12th of March 2018 at 10.00 AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on March 15, 2018, decided to approve the results of the tender of March 12, 2018, as a result of which the company PROFISYSTEM CNC Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Rybnik (44-203) at ul. Żory 250 L was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business and will acquire real estate located in Osiny in Żory, covered by the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, with a total area of 0.5190 ha, consisting of plot No. 1183/22 for which the District Court in Żory conducts the Land Register KW GL1X / 00024375/3
