Invitation for the tender.
Katowice Special Economic Zone announces an invitation for the tender aiming at a property sale that will be held on the 11th of May 2018 at 10.00 AM in SEZ headquaters, Wojewodzka street 42, Katowice. The aim of the tender is to sell the property within KSEZ and to give permit to run business activity within the KSEZ.
The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at the meeting on May 23, 2018, decided to approve the results of the tender of May 11, 2018, as a result of which BAGSIK Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with headquarters in Gliwice (44-100) at ul. Toruńska 8 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to run a business and will acquire real estate located in the KSSE in Zabrze at ul. Guido Henckel Donnersmarcka, precinct area 06, Mikulczyce, with a total area of 1.4180 ha (14,180 m2) for which the Land Register No. GL1Z / 00033920/8 is kept at the District Court in Zabrze,
