Invitation for the tender

The Management Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. at its meeting on June 12, 2018, it decided to approve the results of the tender of June 7, 2018, as a result of which Unger Steel Polska Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Wrocław (53-333) at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4 was selected as an entrepreneur who will obtain a permit to conduct business in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and will acquire ownership of the property with a total area of 5,1076 ha (51.076m2) located at ul. Częstochowa, map card 5 precinct Lubliniec in the Katowice Special Economic Zone within the administrative boundaries of the city of Lubliniec, constituting a plot of land No. 1882/109, described in the Perpetual Book of the District Court in Lubliniec No. CZ1L / 00049488/0 as the property of the Lubliniec Commune.
