Production and Warehouse Spaces

According to the new regulations regarding Special Economic Zones, it is possible to obtain decisions on support in any location in Poland, including lease of production and warehouse spaces. This can be done through one of the following options:

Lease of a dedicated production or warehouse space within an existing industrial-logistics park.

Built-to-Suit: a tailor-made facility that can be constructed by a developer for lease.

Additionally:

Built-to-Own: a tailor-made facility that can be constructed by a developer for ownership.

In the case of a lease option, the cost of renting the space will be considered a qualified investment cost.
